ASTI is an independant NGO working on the ground, in an multicultural neighbourhood of the city of Luxemburg. It's 600 members - of all political parties and more than 20 nationalities - give ASTI the means to be really independent. ASTI was founded in 1979 to fight for equal rights for foreigners, and for the right to vote in particular.
